Karlsruher Institute of Technology and Goetzpartners Consulting Company visit CAAMS

  On March 1st 2017, Mr. Wang Bo, the President of CAAMS, had a meeting with Jürgen Fleischer, Professor of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany, and Mr. Goetz von Steinitz, partner of Goetzpartners Consulting Company. Both sides had a deep communication on promoting the industrial transformation, the development of industry 4.0, and the business cooperation between some agricultural mechanization companies in Germany and China. Mr. Ke ChangSong, Assistant of President, Mr. Yuan YanWei, President of Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Services, and Mr. Wu HaiHua, Vice Minister of Institute of Science & Technology and Industry Development attended the meeting.

  Professor Jürgen Fleischer introduced the concept and practical work of industry 4.0 as well as the digitization and automation of machinery factories in Germany. He also expressed his willingness to cooperate with CAAMS to build an automation platform for agricultural machinery industries, therefore to accelerate the application of intelligent and digital technology in the agricultural machinery industries. Mr. Goetz von Steinitz introduced some basic information of Goetzpartners Consulting Company’s in R&D management, investment and merger fields. He especially focused on company's unique collaborative research and innovation management system and overseas investment service model. He also expressed his willingness to cooperate with CAAMS to optimize the innovation system of CAAMS, as well as to promote the cooperation between China and Germany, and between China and EU from technical level to capital level.  

  Mr. Wang Bo said CAAMS is willing to promote the construction of agricultural machinery digital platform and explore the innovated management system of agricultural machinery under the guidance of ‘Sino-German Cooperation Action Framework’, and combining the industry 4.0 and the intelligent manufacturing strategy deployment. He also expressed his willingness to work with the German agricultural mechanization enterprises through technology transferring, joint venture, investment and mergers and some other means to promote the transformation and the upgrading of agricultural mechanization enterprises.
