The turner is widely used to compost animal manure, sewage sludge and city life garbage, etc.
◆ The compost is very important for useful treatment of organic solid waste to produce efficient organic fertilizer. If ignoring the compost processing, the raw organic material which is applied to the soil will be harmful.
◆ The composting can not only eliminate the harmful ingredients, destroy pathogen, reduce odours, but also decrease volume to increase the content of humous.
◆ The turner is suitable for aerobic compost. It can work together with solar compost house, compost tunnel and transfer carriage.
◆ Together with transfer carrier, the turner can move from one tunnel to others.
◆ Working on tunnel, turner can achieve continual or batch discharge.
◆ The advantages of the turner include high efficiency, smooth operation, long service life and turning evenly. Mechanization and industrial can be achieved by the equipment.
◆ All the process can be controlled by the control center, which can achieve both the functions of manual and automatic.
◆ Raising or lowering for turner's tooth achieved by hydraulic system.
◆ Tooth which is firm and anti-wear has the function of grinding and mixing for material.
◆ Limit switch ensures running safely.
