The extruder has the function of extruding for raw material and finished product. Application effect:
• Urease activirty of extruded soy is lower than 0.2. • The gelatinization of starch can be increase up to 85% for corn meal. • It can not only restrain the activity of lipase in rice bran efficiently and reduce the value of acid, but also kill the pathogen and bug after the rice bran is extruded, so it can achieve the purpose of fresh keeping. • The extruder can lower the cost of feed and reduce the possibility of rumen poisoned after the non-protein nitrogen for ruminant is extruded, so it increases the weight and output for beef and dairy cow respectively. • The detoxication rate of cotton-seed is not lower than 80%, which ensures adding more cotton-seed to replace some expensive feed protein. • Fish-meal can be extruded for pasteruization. • The debris of slaughter animals can be extruded as quality feed protein.
