The heaquarters of CAAMS is located in the north part of Beijing .the east is the Lincui Road,close to the National Olympic Green;the west is Badling expressed high wau,viewing Zhongguancun-Silicon Valley of China,and numerous well-konwn universitied,Shangdi New Hi-tech Zone;Thre south is Datun Road that goes through the central area of Olympic Grean;the noeth os dotte with numerous new type residential quarters.The predoninant geographic position,the superb and unique human cultural phenomenon formed the hith quality position of CAAMS.the present area of the headquarters is 266889.59m2.Based on the need of the academy's business development and construction of group enterprises,the freenbelt of programming center of the deadquartersis located in the center of the academy;power area is close-by to the north;the residential area lies in the north and east part of the academy,relatively concentrated and easy for people to come and go.the Exhibitoin and Convention Service Center centralized in the west woth the combination of modern layout of multi-layers,big-span and high floor,the whole area of the headquarters are divided into six functional areas.the high building close to the street is propotious to the development of the city nearby.the research areas of multi-stories laboratories centralozed the national centers as well as the technological centers in China.Concerning the environment,the newly planned grass rate increased from 32% to 41.53%,provides our staffs woth elegant and comfortable activity place.the general programming of the headquarters area of CAAMS fully embodies the idea of improving the research and working condition,facilitating business and trade activities,optimizing liveng environment,which fiving prominence to the division of functional zones,improving the ability of comprehensiveness of all zones and beautifying working and liveng surroundings. |
