The Technology Center of agro-product and by-product processing engineering of CAAMS is specialized in the research work in this field. It has mighty technological strength and rich R&D experience in potato and starch processing, fruit and vegetable fresh keeping, oil and fat engineering technology, food and packaging technology, livestock and poultry slaughtering and processing.
